About the Organization

            Vasuroopa Educators & Development Association (VEDA) is a registered Section 8 Company not-for-profit organization established on 1st January 2016, formerly operating as Kuber Solutions. The organization was founded with the objective of empowering unemployed youth through structured workforce development, skill enhancement, and sustainable employment opportunities.

         VEDA began its operations as a placement services provider and has since evolved into a comprehensive workforce development organization offering end-to-end solutions including skill development training, vocational education, placement facilitation, career counseling, mentoring, financial linkage support, and entrepreneurship development.

          VEDA is committed to strengthening the employability ecosystem by bridging the gap between industry requirements and youth capabilities. The organization works closely with employers, industry partners, training institutions, and communities to create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Organizational Background

        VEDA was commenced in January 2016 by a team of Seven founding members with a shared vision to address unemployment challenges through skill development and employment facilitation.

      Over the past 10+ years, VEDA has built a strong reputation as a reliable workforce development partner and has made significant contributions toward youth employment and career development.
